Signature PBI, F45, FLL, HPN (ALL), IAD (ALL), MCO, OPF, & TEB (ALL) 

At Signature Aviation, we are committed to making every second exceptional for our guests. With that in mind, we wanted to share a reminder about Presidential Temporary Flight Restrictions (Presidential TFRs).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issues Presidential TFRs anytime a president travels. We anticipate an increase in Presidential TFRs for our West Palm Beach, FL location (PBI) where the President maintains a residence.

When a Presidential TFR is in effect, general aviation flights may be subject to additional security protocols, diversions and other service interruptions. Keep reading for ways you can stay informed about disruptions.

What you can do

1. Monitor NOTAMs. Check for Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) regularly to that you have the latest information on TFRs and other airspace restrictions. Update your flight plans accordingly.
2. Consider signing up for travel alerts. Signature provides travel alerts to keep our guests informed about operational advisories. Sign up here.
3. Prepare for additional requirements and screening measures. If you fly through an area under a Presidential TFR, you may need to take additional action such as registering at least 24 hours in advance and undergoing enhanced screening measures. 
4. Consider Other Signature Locations. If you would not like to undergo the additional screening measures or are unable to fly through PBI due to a Presidential TFR, consider one of our nearby locations if practicable. These include our BCT (Boca Raton), FLL (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), F45 (West Palm Beach, FL), and OPF (Opa Locka, FL).
5. Contact Our Private Aviation Terminal. If you have questions regarding your upcoming travel plans, contact the Signature location using the information on our website.

Inbound screening locations are HPN, TEB, IAD, MCO, and FLL. All Signature locations at these airfields are approved gateways into PBI during TFRs.

We understand that these restrictions can cause inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed as we receive additional information.

Signature CHO - Charlottesville, VA

Due to a TFR on April 10, 2026, from 1715 to 1845 and 1945 to 2130, operators should expect significant ramp constraints before, between, and immediately after the TFR periods. Operators are encouraged to request reservations in advance and plan fueling, ground handling, and arrival times accordingly. Please contact the terminal with any questions during this time.

Signature GEG - Spokane, WA

Due to Skyfest at Spokane Int’l Airport, there will be upcoming airspace closures impacting Signature GEG: 

• 13:47 - 14:16 (local) 5.2 nm TFR - GEG closed

   

• 14:43 - 15:17 (local) 5.2nm TFR - GEG closed

These closures are daily on:

• Friday, June 5th 2026

• Saturday, June 6th 2026

• Sunday, Jun 7th 2026

Signature SFO - San Francisco, CA

Due ongoing updates at San Francisco International Airport, runways 1R–19L and 1L–19R will be closed. Both runways are scheduled to reopen by October 2, 2026.

Signature BOS - Boston, MA

Signature PDK - Atlanta, GA

Beginning April 1, 2026, the DeKalb Peachtree Airport (KPDK) will introduce a landing fee program for general aviation aircraft. The airport is implementing this change to support ongoing maintenance, future development, and long-term financial sustainability in line with FAA Grant Assurance requirements.

Signature HPN East & West - White Plains, NY 

Beginning March 30, 2026, Westchester County Airport (HPN) will commence a construction project on Runway 16/34; the runway will close daily Monday through Friday from 0000 to 0530 local time. The anticipated duration of the project is 240 days. In addition to nightly closures, there will be:

Four (4) thirty-three (33) hour extended runway closures as follows:

Tuesdays from 0930L to Wednesday 1830L:

• May 5 - May 6
• May 12 - May 13
• June 2 - June 3
• September 15 - September 16

Plus one, 10-hour runway closure from 0930 to 1930 local time. 

• October 6
• October 20 (weather backup)

Additional Notes:

1. Construction will require the following runway lighting to be out of service:

• Runway 16/34 Centerline Lights (RCLL)

• Runway 16 Touch Down Zone Lighting (TDZL)

2. Runway 11/29 will remain open and available for use for most of the construction project. Runway 11/29 and Runway 16/34 will both close while work is being completed within Runway 11/29’s safety area and at the intersection.

Signature RDU - Raleigh-Durham, NC

From April 1, 2026, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) will implement a landing fee program for non-RDU based general aviation aircraft over 5,000 lbs.. Landing fees are available on the Airport website.

Signature BJC - Denver, CO

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport has implemented a Voluntary Noise Abatement Plan outlining recommended operating procedures, quiet hours, runway preferences, and traffic pattern guidance to help reduce aircraft noise impacts on surrounding communities.

Operators are encouraged to review the full plan and contact the terminal with any questions regarding flight operations or noise‑abatement practices.

Signature MXP - Milan, IT

Milano Malpensa Airport (MXP/LIMC) will undergo major rehabilitation works on Runway 17R/35L from 16 March to 9 May (55 consecutive days). During this period, operations will be closed to general aviation traffic (private and commercial). As an alternative, Signature LIN is able to accept general aviation traffic at the Milan Linate Airport (LIN/LIML).

Signature IAD - Dulles, VA

Signature IAD Operations Advisory: Effective February 6, 2026

Washington Dulles (IAD) is experiencing significant traffic volume. To actively reduce congestion and maintain ramp availability, Signature IAD now requires mandatory arrival reservations for all inbound aircraft.

While these procedures are designed to streamline aircraft flow, a no reservation penalty will apply for operators who arrive without a reservation. Advance reservations are required to secure preferred timing and help us manage through these high‑demand conditions. 8-hour minimum notice will be required to avoid a no reservation penalty.

Signature EGE - Gypsum, CO

This winter, Signature Vail (EGE) is beginning a refresh to elevate comfort, design, and the overall guest experience. During these updates, operations will be located in a temporary terminal west of the main building, thoughtfully designed to maintain Signature’s signature hospitality. 

Upon arrival this winter, please check in at the front desk to schedule pull and service times, as availability is limited and managed on a first-come, first-served basis. For aircraft clearing U.S. Customs, please use the designated CBP parking area, marked with blue cones on the east end of the ramp north of Hangar 5, per CBP GA Policy 4.1.5.

Signature TEB West, East, & South - Teterboro, NJ

TEB is currently experiencing high volume and ramp parking is limited or unavailable at Signature TEB locations at this time. Reservations are required at these locations, with a 6-hour minimum notice required to avoid a No Reservation Fee.  

Please contact your destination TEB Terminal for current availability, to make reservations, and secure your desired space. Upon making your reservation, please also ensure that you have provided the most accurate and up-to-date on-line and departure times to help us provide timely, attentive service to you and all guests throughout this high-traffic period.

As we continue to create an enhanced experience for you at Signature Teterboro (TEB), The mandatory reservation policy at our TEB locations is in place. This policy is in effect in order to meet guest needs, streamline operations, and ultimately reduce gridlock and aircraft taxiing time so that we are able to create an exceptional experience for you at every turn.  

Reservations Required: We ask that you make a reservation prior to your arrival at any of our TEB locations. This can be done easily through our online reservation system or visiting one of our TEB terminal pages.

No Reservation Fees: While reservations will be required, there will be no fees to make a reservation. However, there will be a fee associated with landing without a prior reservation. Failure to make a reservation six hours or more before your time of arrival or departure will result in a No Reservation fee.
