There are 6 approved pathways to take non-petroleum feedstock and convert it chemically to Jet Fuel.

It is Jet A and has the same QC standards and operational qualities in the aircraft.

How does the cost for SAF compare to Jet A?

Costs will vary by market, but on average will be $1-2 higher per gallon.

Is SAF safe for my aircraft?

Yes, SAF has been successfully tested with OEMs, engines, and APU manufacturers. Testing found that SAF blended to ASTM standards requires no modifications, recertification or special approvals.
